The Role:A special and exciting opportunity to join Home From Home Care on our Assistant Manager Framework as a Settlement and Support Worker.
Pay:£18,928 – £23,337 (£9.10 – £11.22 per hour) Over time is available

Working hours:Shifts vary – Early shifts and Evening shifts, 1 weekend on 1 weekend off, flexibility available.
All we ask of you is:
* 6 months experience in a similar role supporting adults with challenging behaviour
* Understanding of behavioural support techniques and methods
* The ability to lead and mentor junior members of staff
* An open mind
* The understanding of working in a person-centred way
* Access to own transport and willingness to travel
