**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Manage and drive actions to enable parts with a Repair processes and available for rework (AFR) inventory for US region and / or Lenovo parts focus to maximize order mix and repair opportunities which reduces the purchase of new buy parts, resulting in cost avoidance and cost savings.


+ Understand the global Reutilization organization and other organizations that tie to the job role and to use properly the communication channels, systems and databases.

+ Understand properly the individual GEO enablement process flow (AP vs. other geographies)

+ Enable a Repair process for parts and create a Request For Quotation (RFQ)with the relevant information for vendors including IBM Used Parts Control Instruction (UCI) where applicable.

+ Consolidation of RFQ files for the various vendors and their online storage using current tools.

+ Handle RFQ’s after agree /non-agree/ deletion by update of all systems and applications

+ Masterfile management, WMS, PIMS, CPPS application handling.

+ Management of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and various databases to ensure any part numbers requiring actions are resolved quickly.

+ Develop and maintain process measurements and continual updates to the various systems.

+ Escalate enablement problems to Engineering, Procurement, Planning and the various RCC vendors on a timely basis.

+ To handle special requests ( e.g. Turn Around Time, yield updates, AFR returns, etc. )

+ To handle special processes (e.g. Failure Analysis (FA), plant repair),

+ Submit UCI GEO comments in case of incomplete/incorrect UCI information and for sub activity.

+ Support of Life Cycle Management (LCM) teams.

+ Participate in weekly vendor RFQ status calls, monthly team status calls with Enablement and the various brand teams or meetings requiring your attendance.

**Key Deliverables**

+ To optimize and reduce the number of the open RFQ’s

+ To reduce the amount of warranty and repair processes on hold

+ Maximize the collection of AFR for parts with processes.

+ Cost saving for Reutalization (avoidance of new buy)

**Key New Hires assessments:**

– Regular meetings with Reutilization manager to track progress and address concerns from both sides

– Regular meetings with the Enablement Team Leader

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

+ Excellent English skills both verbal and written

+ Strong communication skills both verbal and written

+ Strong collaborative skills

+ Strong ability to work together with the Vendors independently to accomplish business results

+ Strong ability to solve issues independently / collectively

+ Strong ability to desing and accomplish process changes

+ Good analytical skills and competences

+ Good presentation skills

+ Data analytics skills or interest in data science are advantage

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**

– Bachelor degree in Business Management, Business Economics, Logistics Management or similar

– SQL, DB2 experience

– Supply chain management (especially reverse logistics) experience

– MS Office (Excel, PP)

– Process (re-)engineering (Lean/6 sigma) / change management experience

– Supply chain management (especially reverse logistics) experience

– Team leadership experience

– IBM Service Parts Organization knowledge/background

– Procurement/Engineering background
