Role Summary:This individual will process manual and batch payments for the various GE businesses. They will ensure compliance in performing daily activities, and conduct pre-process issue resolution for payment rejection.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Process

payments (manual and/or batch payment) in timely manner for the various GE

businesses

+ Check

incoming payment requests

+ Issue resolution for payment rejection

+ Partner with relevant stakeholders across

functions

+ Operate process controls and highlights

potential defects

+ Perform daily activities always in accordance

with legal requirements, internal regulation compliance

+ Perform ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by

team leader

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ Active English language knowledge

+ Higher Education studies

+ Good communicational skills both verbal and written

+ Compliance & controllership mindset

+ Able to re-prioritize & re-organize to work through

roadblocks

+ Attention to details and proven accuracy

+ Working knowledge in IT tools including Excel and

Outlook

Desired Characteristics:

+ Additional languages (other than English) – Arabic,

Portuguese, Spanish, French a plus

+ University/College

degree preferably in Economics or Finance
