As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you’ll be a trusted business advisor. You’ll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business. You’ll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**


Supplier Onboarding is the process of gathering all the necessary documentation to register and maintain a company as IBM supplier. A sustainable onboarding is the pre-requisite for an effective supply base management and is key enabler to efficiently conduct business, purchase goods and services, and make payments with any company. You as will need to participate as individual contributor to a team with direct responsibilities for supplier documentation collection. Decision making according to the procurement guidelines is a daily routine.

**Your role and responsibilities:**

+ Initiate vendor creations or modifications requests based on internal stakeholders requirements.

+ Gather the necessary supporting documentation according to the internal procedures.

+ Provide support for audit purposes.

+ Analyze documentation and prevent system record duplications.

+ Continuously seek for areas for improvement in the process.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

+ Be fluent in English, second foreign language is advantage.

+ Possess good communication and networking skills, customer-oriented approach (internal clients & suppliers), be a team player.

+ Apply strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

+ Have good time management, attention to detail and task prioritization skills.

+ Flexibility to undertake any non-routine requests.
