Home from Home Care provides specialist residential care for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex support needs. Created by parents, we combine the family perspective with experienced social care professionals to deliver excellence. Our person centred approach means that our bespoke needs-led support packages are created and delivered from the viewpoint of what is best for the individual. We constantly strive to stand out from the crowd, through the superior service that we provide.
We are currently offering the opportunity for a Night Support Worker to join one of our teams. As a company we have a one team approach which means you may be required to work across more than one Home within our 5 micro-communities – these Homes are located in Bardney, Ruskington, Fiskerton, Dorrington and Stallingborough. We are looking for people who are passionate about care and are eager to develop within our night’s teams. Due to the nature of the role, the successful person would have to be self-sufficient as you may be required to work autonomously during the night.
A minimum of 12 months’ experience within support work is required. A Health and Social Care qualification would be beneficial but not essential. Full induction and training will be provided. All posts will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure. Costs for this will be met by the employer. Drivers are preferred due to locations of our homes. Apply today or for more information, please call Donna Richards in our Lincoln office.
Home from Home Care are rated CQC Outstanding and IIP (Investors In People) Gold
