Market Development Enginer
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
_We are looking for a Market Development Engineer who will join our team responsible for Eastern Europe Market region and work with our clients and vendors on delivering the best level of engineering services in this region by building strong business relations with our clients based on technical expertise in electronic components sector._
**WHAT WILL YOU DO:**
+ Maintain and build strong relations with key decision makers on suppliers and customers side,
+ Work closely with our Field Application Engineers and Sales Team,
+ Take responsibility of supplier management and build sales project pipeline,
+ Create and develop new technical solutions for our customer needs,
+ Represent Arrow and business partners on meeting with customers, virtual presentations, and business events,
+ Deliver trainings and technical expertise to our sales representatives in region.
**WHO YOU ARE:**
+ At least 6 years of experience on a role combining engineering and sales activities f. ex MDE or FAE,
+ Ability to create strong relations with clients and manage their expectations,
+ Strong presentation and communications skills are required to be successful on this role,
+ University degree in technical field, preferred in electronic engineering,
+ English at least on B2 level is required to be successful on this role,
+ Knowledge of any additional language will be a big advantage,
+ Driving license.
