Celgene, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb, is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Hematology Business Unit in Hungary.
You will ideally be based in the Budapest area and be willing to be travelling nationally for up to 80% of the time.
Accountable for the promotion of products within Hematology therapy area to customers and commercial growth of the company products.
**Role and Responsibilities**
+ Exceeding the territory Sales Targets for promoted brands
+ Ensure local implementation of guidelines and pull through of promoted brands in Hematology
+ Identify, utilize, target and build relationships with relevant stakeholders in the healthcare community to positively influence prescribing decisions for Bristol-Myers Squibb products in Hematology
+ Effective resource allocation by utilising and engaging with internal stakeholders and investing resources appropriately across priority and development accounts to enhance Bristol-Myers Squibb’s value proposition
+ Within the framework of Bristol-Myers Squibb’s operational plans, apply knowledge and insights to develop effective account plans
+ To identify and develop KOLs (Local, Regional & National) towards brand advocacy and align to account plan goals o Identify and share brand, customer, territory insight internally to support effective development of strategy and resources for Bristol-Myers Squibb products
+ Product & Disease area knowledge — develop and maintain a high level of product & disease area knowledge to enable peer to peer level discussions with customers
+ Respond to customer issues and enquiries to ensure high level of customer service for all Bristol-Myers Squibb brands o Comply with local Regulations o Maintain safety and adverse event reporting as per company procedures
+ Evidence of high levels of selling skills and sales success
+ Advanced understanding and implementation of key account management and project management o Disease and market area knowledge and experience
+ Communication and presentation skills o Strong evidence of strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for Bristol-Myers Squibb products
+ Ability to understand and use business supporting tools o Experience of working in a specialist care environment
+ Innovative, solution focused o Strong identification with Bristol-Myers Squibb’s values
+ Native Hungarian and good command in English
