In the CCSM Consumer Channel Sales team, we’re focused on evolving the Retail segment. We’re doing this by selling best-in-class Gaming devices, Office, Office & XBOX subscriptions and consumer windows devices, helping drive partner profitability, and driving preference for the Windows.

**Responsibilities**

**(25%) Successful Partnership**

+ Foster mutually beneficial partner relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to partner.

+ Establish a rhythm of business to stay informed of partner’s local strategy, business imperatives, and intended investments.

+ Share expert knowledge of Microsoft ’s priorities, programs, and device selling strategies, driving alignment between partner and Microsoft.

+ Promote local activities with partner(s), facilitating engagement between partner and local Microsoft leadership teams.

+ Proactively review and track the progress of partner satisfaction to evaluate the health of the relationship.

**(35%) Business Operational Excellence**

+ Work with partners to develop a successful go-to-market strategy, creating effective account plans.

+ Build joint strategic frameworks and collaborate with local device marketing teams to drive marketing plans and achieve objectives.

+ Track progress of marketing campaigns and investments, reporting ROI, and sell-thru plans.

+ Leverage internal competitive intelligence to help partners identify gaps and emerging trends.

+ Provide feedback to corp and regional teams, sharing local updates, and managing and escalating roadblocks and supply gaps.

**(20%) Portfolio and Pipeline Management**

+ Work with partner(s) to build a healthy pipeline for selling Microsoft services in conjunction with Windows and Gaming devices.

+ Orchestrate relevant internal resources to drive maximum coverage on significant opportunities and strategies.

+ Accurately forecast at the beginning of each quarter.

+ Develop subject matter expertise about partner’s product roadmap and local portfolio.

+ Improve Microsoft products ecosystem health and maximize portfolio planning by overseeing gaps between supply and demand.

**(20%) Community Leadership**

+ Advance a “One Microsoft” approach by developing a strong understanding of Microsoft internal and organizational landscapes while establishing close alignment with segment teams across the subsidiary.

+ Facilitate segment opportunity review meetings to discuss competitive strategies, advocate for partners, and uncover net new opportunities.

**Qualifications**

**Required: Education, Experience, Skills, and Knowledge** :

+ 3+ years of experience as a sales / product management professional with a proven track record in establishing and managing business partnerships between distributors, and resellers. Previous experience in Retail with knowledge of marketing strategy and channel distribution.

+ Experience working with multi-cultural teams. The ideal candidate will have to demonstrate success as a virtual team leader, including proven ability to impact and influence without authority.

+ Attitude for strategic planning, budget and project management, as well as tactical execution driving complex regional projects.

+ Fluent in Hungarian and English language.

**Technical/Functional:**

+ Excellent oral and written communication, with the capability of delivering effective executive presentations.

+ Strong sales, customer service, negotiation, and objection handling. Ability to develop accurate business forecasts and plans.

**Personal Attributes:**

+ Burning desire to compete and win, with passion for technology and devices.

+ Possesses a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.

+ Diplomatic with a high level of comfort in managing complex partner conversations; ability to hold others accountable with an open and respectful attitude.

+ Executive maturity to develop strong relationships at multiple management levels across Microsoft and partner.
