**Key Responsibilities**

+ Contribute to employee engagement and communications strategy to drive engagement of Microsoft’s employees in Ireland

+ Develop and implement creative communication campaigns thatinform and educate employees about Microsoft’s culture, ambitions and strategic priorities

+ Create visually striking and compelling content for the digital signage communications platform including digital screens in all locations, the digital wall and digital lake

+ Gather and collate information for Microsceal, Microsoft Ireland’s weekly e-zine, write, draft and edit newsletter each week

+ Provide support to Employee Communications Manager and other members of comms team as necessary

+ Support Employee Communications Manager in organisation of employee engagement events

+ Provide support to cross-site teams including, HR, Employer Brand, Diversity & Inclusion, Philanthropy to ensure they create content that is compelling and engaging

+ Provide administrative support to Employee Communications Manager including maintenance of mail lists, evaluation of comms campaigns and financial support (raising Pos, approving invoices etc)


**Skills/Experience/Competencies Required**

+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills

+ Interest in marketing and/ or communications and in how we communicate with and engage with audiences

+ Must have strong creative design skills and an interest in brand, identity and visual communications

+ Strong knowledge of contemporary digital communications and social media practices.

+ Must have good judgement and maturity and strong emotional intelligence

+ Must be a strong team player
