My client is a well established firm of Independent Financial Advisers dealing in Investments & Pensions.

We are seeking a Financial Administrator to join the Administrative teams on a 7 Month Maternity cover contract starting in May 2018, there is the potential for this role to turn permanent at the beginning of 2019. You will be responsible for processing new business applications from client sign up right the way through to policy issue, completing applications forms, submitting new business to suppliers, liaising with 3rd party product providers, issuing plan documents to clients and general office administration duties and reception cover when needed.

We are seeking someone who is an experienced Financial Services Administrator, with 2+ years Administrative experience within a Financial Services or IFA firm, it would be to your advantage if you have any experience within Investments (OEICS, Unit Trusts, Investments, ISA) or Pensions, although training will be provided
