If you are interested in Business and Finance and would like to gain experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, we have an opportunity for University Students for the following tasks supporting our Regional Finance Senior Manager and Commercial Lead (Israel):

**Business Planning / Finance**

Analyzing and reporting monthly, quarterly and yearly sales trends

Updating on a monthly and quarterly basis the Israel Dashboard also upgrading/improving when necessary

Executing monthly/quarterly Diagnostics and Hyperion Submissions

Help with building Power Point slide decks

Working with international teams, attending monthly calls for forecast accuracy and production planning, implementation of contracts, commercial programs, accruals and quarterly reconciliations of commercial programs,

**Marketing**

Coordination of promotional material approvals with internal functions as per local SOP

Working with international teams to transfer approved EU campaigns/promotional materials from Veeva to BOX

**Other:**

Maintaining and updating the shared platform

If you study in Business and/or Finance area and ready to work weekly 20-25 hours and have

Great analytical skills, understanding data, structure and trends

Great in Excel

Fluent in English

Good communication skills
