Despite being only a few years old, our client has already grown to 60 staff in the UK and has opened locations in the United States and, a previous Celsius graduate who only started in 2017, has opened a branch in Singapore! The growth of this organisation can be attributed to a fantastic leadership team with a world-leading CEO, the lack of competition in the market and a group of dedicated investors. Our client's legal technology solution helps law firms conduct due-diligence and uses AI that analyses vast quantities of documentation so that lawyers can more accurately value a company and assess the risk of acquiring it – this technology saves law firms a game-changing amount of time and money.
As a Graduate Legal Product Expert Sales Executive, you will be required to drive new business through a mix of new business calling, social selling, networking and attending events in order to build credible and influential relationships with law firms. You will book meetings with senior sales people with a view to eventually progress into the role of Legal Product Executive, where you will manage the full sales cycle that comes with a major salary increase upon promotion. Due to the lack of competition in the market, the earning potential is huge!
In this Graduate Legal Product Expert Sales Executive role, you will need to be/have:
• Educated to a degree level preferably a Law Graduate
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of LinkedIn is desirable
• Understanding of law or law background is preferred but not essential
• Confident, isn't easily phased and shows initiative
• Persistent, passionate, bright and enthusiastic
• Intelligent with an interest in tech
• Competitive and eager to develop a career
There are two specific roles:-
• Account Manager
Looking after a number of named and established accounts, upselling, developing relationships, strategizing around the accounts, problem solving and understanding processes. The successful candidate will be a personable, friendly and diligent individual with ambition and obvious sales talent.
• New Business Hunter
Finding brand new accounts, running pilot schemes, developing the accounts once won, assessing accounts and companies, understanding processes and winning deals. The successful candidate will be a confident, ambitious individual who can build rapport very quickly and has obvious sales talent.
Successful candidates will have the benefit of working with a rapidly growing start-up who have momentum on their side, interacting immediately with senior level people within law firms with a company who have a record of accomplishment of performance-based promotion.
