The Global Product Control Project Implementation & Analysis Lead is responsible for leading a group of project implementation / business analysts, supporting global Product Control programs. The successful candidate will from and manage a team of specialist Business Analysts, who analyse and write requirements, perform testing and ensure documentation in place for regulatory programs, e.g. IPV and PAA, as well as other Product Control programmes The Senior Lead Business Analyst will ensure his/her team formulate and apply standard methods to fulfill all business analysis needs required by the various prioritized regulatory programs. He/she will influence the stakeholders of the project to ensure the best outcome for Citi is identified and achieved. The Senior Lead Business Analyst will liaise with senior stakeholders both within and outside of Finance, thereby gaining exposure and an ability to widen his/her network. Key Responsibilities The individual will be expected to live up to Citi’s leadership standards as a manager of managers.
