**What you’ll be doing:**
+ As the role holder, you’ll be part of a Global Account team doing Outbound calling/messaging to drive pipeline.
+ Identifying key contacts, trends, and messaging to be used to support discussions.
+ On specific volume accounts within sub-verticals, supporting the end to end account management of our customer.
+ Generate new leads via customer relationships, campaigns and pro-active working and record on Salesforce.com
+ Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual targets based on defined set accounts and objectives set by the business
+ Ensure customers are managed professionally and proactively while building and expanding relationships with key contacts and influencers through regular, proactive contact
+ Provide product information, pricing, quotes, where appropriate and possible, without specialist intervention, providing cheapest route to market and end to end sales journey
+ Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

+ Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
+ Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
+ Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision
+ Ability to cross-sell, up-sell opportunities
+ Commercial awareness
+ Basic product and solution knowledge of telecom industry; network, unifed communications, and security is an advantage
+ Basic understanding of competitive landscape is an advantage
+ Customer relationship skills
+ English on a fluent level
+ Any European language on a fluent level is an advantage
Please note that the role provides significant bonus possibility, however we kindly ask you to mark your base salary expectation excluding sales bonus and other benefits.
