Chief Information Security Office (CISO) Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) External Governance team provides the framework for the governance of external processes and controls, based on the requirement from GIAM Standard. Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) External Governance Analyst will be responsible for the analysis, creation and documentation of processes that oversee compliance across Citi. The analyst will leverage the new GIAM standard to assess existing governance processes and create new ones to govern external operations related to Identity and Access Management. This role will also synchronize with management to determine project, task, resource assessment, sizing, prioritization and timeliness, and perform as the GIAM External Governance Manager delegate as needed. Must be able to manage and coordinate an aggressive workload. As a Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) External Governance Analyst you will: Perform governance analysis for Global Identity and Access Management External processes and controls Interpret and analyze policies, standards and procedures Develop and maintain governance process documentation Communicate with SMEs in Global Identity and Access Management to create governance framework Conduct deep analysis of operation and control for appropriate governance Interact with Sector and Regional stakeholders and coordinate deliverables Develop and produce reporting, metrics, measurements, presentation and other documents as needed Work with Global teams to track performance, communicate expectations, anticipate and recognize problems, and when appropriate, escalate appropriately Communicate with both business and technology groups to effectively facilitate the resolution of escalated issues Perform as Global Identity and Access Management External Governance Manager Delegate as needed Ideal background: Fluent English knowledge and excellent communication skills 3+ years of experience in similar role in information security and/or Risk & Control Knowledge of Identity & Access Management across all platforms (Application, Database, Domain, etc.) Ability to create metrics, presentations and other documents as needed Experience presenting to all levels of management Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skill (e.g., Marcos, PIVOT, and complex formulas) preferred Strong project management skills Strong analytic, sound judgement and decision-making skills required Strong attention to detail Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to apply logical and analytical skills to affect outcome Ability to help motivate team members and project owners to successful completion of required projects Benefits: Long-term career path across geographies and business lines Friendly work atmosphere Competitive compensation package Flexible work arrangements ————————————————- Job Family Group: Technology ————————————————- Job Family: Information Security —————————————————— Time Type: —————————————————— Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
