We are looking for a talented and energetic Cluster Director of Business Development to join our team

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the department of Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Revenue, Congress & Event for the company facilities
Manage Sales Activities providing a strategic plan to improve business
Planning and coordinating the implementation of sales activities and the penetration of new markets
Manage the companys reactive and proactive sales efforts
Secure contract awards based upon predetermined financial targets by cultivating and maintaining client relationships
Research competitors sales strategies to identify ways to grow RevPAR and implement market share
Implement market specific strategies in the following areas:
Event marketing
Brand activation
Partnership marketing & Advertising
Promotion of F&B activities
Support PR activities
Ecommerce, online marketing and social media
Revenue and Sales
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Job Requirements
Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in sales/marketing
Digital skills (digital marketing, social media management)
Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
Fluent English and Italian, fluency in multiple languages is preferred
Prior experience working in Business Development
Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal)
Experienced negotiation skills
Excellent persuasive/selling skills
