**Your Role and Responsibilities**
**Objective of the job:** The role has responsibility for the delivery of the Car Fleet service to eligible employees in the Belgium. The Fleet SME will work in a team of other Fleet experts servicing other countries, but will be the sole person supporting Belgium, with support from the country when needed. The role will report locally in Budapest, to the EMEA Benefits CoE Manager, Jamie Harrison.
+ As Benefits Partner, handle Benefits Tasks/To-Do’s in the HR Workday tool. This includes company car requests, insurance for private vehicles, public transportation and bike allowances. Start and end allowances appropriately and perform monthly controls as required.
+ Administrate the IBM Belgium Medical and Hospitalization Plan, including Plan Updates, Enrollments, Invoice Validation & Approval, Plan Provisions and Workday tool Updates
+ Administer monthly invoice payments through APU tool, for Public transportation and Athlon.
+ Perform monthly invoice reconciliations, and eligibility reconciliations to ensure the employees have the correct benefits, and the vendors are invoicing us correctly.
+ Administer Purchase Orders through Bond, for the various vendors in the Fleet processes.
+ Maintain the Car Policy Intranet Pages ensuring information is up to date.
+ Collaborate with payroll department for payments and deductions.
+ Regularly interact with benefit providers/vendors and any subcontractors.
+ Handle and resolve employee queries and issues as required, in timely fashion.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ Fluency in French and Dutch (both verbal and written)
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Able to work alone when required, be self-sufficient and proactive.
+ Proficient in MS Office. Demonstrate a strong team spirit
+ Experience in HR is a plus
