**Your Role and Responsibilities**
**Objective of the job:**
This role is split 50/50 between two key areas. Firstly, as a Subject Matter Expert for the Austrian Fleet, where the candidate will be the expert on Fleet programmes and policies. They will be responsible for maintaining an effective day to day fleet operation ensuring compliance, targets and key performance indicators imposed on suppliers are managed, and out of line situations and matters of non-compliance are addressed.
Secondly, as Benefits Partner for the IBM Capital business entity, in Hungary, they will support the planning, development, and implementation of employee benefit programs according to IBM guidelines and the market.
The individual will receive work guidance from IBM Austria and IBM Hungary as required, and will report locally to the YBT Budapest COE Manager, Jamie Harrison.
**Responsibilities for Austria Car Fleet SME:**
+ Support the Austrian Executive company car program end to end, maintain contact both with drivers and Austrian HR as well with the vendor, manage the TaskID.
+ Request company car or allowance related changes in the HR system, check and process eligibility and the related documentation, get the necessary approvals (HR, Procurement).
+ Audit the monthly lease invoices ensuring that any variances are addressed and recorded and that IBM policies are kept.
+ Manage POs starting from cart creation through uplift until closure. Control car orders and returns, reallocations and do the related tasks.
+ Conduct quarterly calls with the vendor, create yearly cost report and other, ad hoc tasks.
**Responsibilities for Benefits Partner for IBM Capital Hungary:**
+ Administer benefits such as wellness programs, work-life & voluntary benefits, and workers’ compensation benefits.
+ Provide analysis for all benefit programs in support of the Company business goals and initiatives.
+ Communication with all internal and external contacts including other departments and outside organizations
+ Interfacing with the Finance Department of the Company to provide them with accurate data regarding company benefits
+ Ensuring the Policies and procedures in the Company are adequately executed by other HR personnel
+ Analyzing benefits data within the organization and evaluating job positions to determine the classification
+ Analyzing business issues and proposing functional solutions
+ Leading implementation of new initiatives from the strategic & operational perspective in the area of Benefits
+ Overseeing competitive analysis, improving benefits program
+ Forecasting budget for the benefits program
+ Monitoring and analyzing external and internal environment to assess market trends, best practices and proactively assess strategy implications
+ Interpreting, executing and recommending modifications to benefits policies
+ Developing, implementing and administering the organization’s rewards and benefit policies (salaries and bonuses plus employee benefits)
+ Provide payroll input
+ Maintain internal communication with employees via intranet and newsletters
+ Handle invoices
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ Fluent German
+ Fluent English
+ The ability to understand complex programme and policies and how they are deployed.
+ Strength and diplomacy to develop and retain professional business relationships at all levels within IBM and with suppliers and vendors.
+ Ability to make decisions, work to tight deadlines, expected to question should supplier impact cost or appear not to make business judgement on behalf of IBM
+ IT skills, in particular MS-Excel, to manage day to day operations and the competence to assist in testing and implementing any IT developments
+ Good written and spoken German, Hungarian and English in a business context to be able to present clear conclusions and recommendations, converse with colleagues and suppliers
