**Financial Controlling BPM Lead Analyst**



The Diageo Supply Chain and Procurement team is the biggest supply organization within Diageo representing multiple production and packaging sites, logistics and planning organization to help deliver scotch, Bailey’s, Guinness and other famous brands across the globe to our valued customers. We are offering a position where you can join and support this team to ensure that our processes are continuously evolving and we work together for an even better and efficient service to our customers.

This Business Performance Management (BPM) role is continuously looking to analyze and understand the monthly performance of the respective business unit(s) and looking for ways to eliminate inefficiencies and drive better outcomes. The person will work in partnership with the team to forecast the financial performance of the team as well as plan the next year’s budget while challenges the status quo.

**About the role:**

+ Act as the finance business partner of the respective business unit (Day to day financial management of the P&L/BS, drive financial performance)

+ Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes

+ Deliver insights to stakeholders

+ Decision support for business partners through value-added analysis

+ Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders

+ Understand and communicate financial performance for the stakeholders of the given area(s)

**About you:**

+ University / College degree in finance / business

+ Min. 3-5 years experience in FP&A or Financial Controlling

+ Experience in Performance management

+ Fluent English

+ System: SAP FI / CO modules, MS applications with strong Excel knowledge

+ Proactivity, problem solving skills, good communication skills
