As EHS Analyst, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) process, systems and databases related to several core EHS activities across the region in line with Eaton’s EHS approach and the regional EHS strategy. Specifically, responsible for deployment and reporting from our EHS reporting to MESH Prism and our EHS Dashboard in Power BI.
Your main duties:
+ Update the EHS Balanced scorecard on a monthly basis consolidating data from MESH Prism, SharePoint and other sources in Power BI.
+ Update and maintain Power BI reports: Machinery Safety, Electrical Tester, Weekly report, Monthly Snapshot etc.
+ Produce Monthly EHS Management reports for EMEA and EMEA Electrical.
+ Develop and maintain the EHS ERG SharePoint site and communicate changes to the EHS community.
+ Coordinate and maintain the EMEA MESH procedures and guidelines ensuringregular review and updates and communicate changes to the EHS community.
+ Maintain Machinery Safety, EHS Heroes, LSR Breach SharePoint sites, manage accesses.
+ Create and communicate EHS action alerts and produce regular reports on the status.
+ Undertake regular analysis of EHS incidents, MESH deployment and other EHS leading and lagging indicators.
+ Coordinate and maintain the MESH andOpA schedules and assessor lists.
+ Coordinate the EHS training program and maintain the training courses.
+ Be the go-to person for MESH Prism and produce regular and ad-hoc reports as required.
+ Coordinates specific projects and programs as required.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following or related disciplines: Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Chemistry.
+ In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in the EHS/Quality field.
+ Strong spoken and written English language skills.
+ Strong analytical and reporting skills.
+ Expert in MS office programs.
+ Expert MS SharePoint.
+ Expert in PowerBI.
+ Professional qualification to degree or diploma level.
+ Basic comprehension of relevant company and legal EHS requirements is an advantage.
