You will also lead on organisational development and culture change projects.Our staff are talented, motivated and ambitious, so they expect, and deserve, a lot from our People team.We are a small but busy team, supporting around 100 colleagues. You must be a great people manager and be totally customer-focused, always looking for ways to improve our service.
