Digital transformation is the process of using digital technologies to provide a great customer experience to meet changing business and market requirements. This role has been created to be an advocate for our products and migration services and to create client facing material for the IBM market-place to support sales and technical sales, as well the dev ops teams. You need to establish effective client communications to demonstrate that IBM can analyse the client’s systems management products and processes and offer effective way to migrate to modern IBM Z products.
This worldwide role will collaborate with product management, development, marketing and sales teams to drive migration assessments and migrations.
**Who You Are**
You are well-versed in the domain of systems management and IT operations. You have a good understanding of the software lifecycles and how agile methodologies can be applied to accelerate the delivery of value to our client base.
+ Design, implement, launch the digital content around IBM Z Software Competitive Replace Mission
+ Digitize content for products, including web pages, presentations, videos, blogs
+ Collaborate with a global team of support engineers, software developers and operations staff to support a wide range of projects.
+ Create and manage (facilitate) both internal and external communities around IBM Z Software Competitive Replace Mission
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ – Excellent English in Writing- Experience in Content design- Good knowledge of internal collaboration tools such as -but not limited to- Slack, w3 Publisher, etc. – Good communications skills in a worldwide multi culture role using English- Good knowledge of IBM z systems and client’s systems management products and processes- Experience in developing client facing material using Powerpoint- Knowledge of related security processes such as GDPR and Access Management
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ -Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.- 4 years of relevant technical work experience.- Experience with social media, collaboration tools, MS Office Suite- Experience with creating videos- Excellent communication and collaboration skills exhibited in complex operational setting.
