Digital Campaign Manager EMEA– EVCI Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure
The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of a compelling digital customer experience for a number of key personas in the EMEA region. The role will work in close collaboration with colleagues in central and field marketing to design and implement digital interactions across multiple channels (web, email, automated nurture, blogs, social and other communications) that drive increased awareness, consideration and demand for Eaton’s energy transition in buildings offer. Outcomes will include prospect and customer engagement, contact acquisition and lead generation, across all stages of the buyer and customer lifecycle. This role will use integrated campaign reporting to maximise and optimize buyer journeys.
This role will work with field product marketing managers and digital specialists to ensure that centrally created digital campaigns are executed, monitored and optimized effectively in local markets.
+ Project manage and implement digital marketing campaigns and programs to support the Energy Transition in Buildings (ETiB) business in the EMEA region
+ Work closely with the ETiB policy communications and content marketing specialist to design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and demand for Eaton’s offer with targeted buyers and specifiers
+ Develop the strategy for data-driven automated campaigns, utilising customer segmentation and insights, and recommend automation rules for targeted customer communication
+ Create inbound plans for growing and managing a contact base, as well as using Eaton’s data sources
+ Design and implement email nurture programs, lead scoring and lead management, closed loop reporting
+ Set up effective campaign tracking and continuously monitor, test and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize their performance
+ Analyse all digital activities and develop recommendations based upon results and effectiveness in meeting business objectives and to facilitate continual learning and improvement
+ Continuously drive the digital agenda with country marketing teams (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Lead Management, Data Privacy, etc.)
+ Define, drive, challenge and continuously improve relevant processes to ensure improved efficiency
+ Partner with Central Digital Marketing Team to ensure knowledge of and best practice use of Marketing technology stack and processes
+ Education level: Bachelor’s Degree
+ Years and area of experience: 5 years in Digital Campaign management
+ Technical knowledge: Web content management; Marketing Automation; Contact database management; Search Engine Marketing; Social Media management; use of common Marketing Technology platforms
+ Soft skills: analytical thinking and an agile learner
+ Languages: Fluent in English
