**What you’ll be doing:**
+ Managing load balancers and network devices on TSB datacenters
+ Providing technical support, fixing escalated technical problems, proposing solutions to guarantee the customer infrastructure availability, dedicated and shared on the DC
+ CAB participation: analyzing and applying exploitation changes and network / security deployment for customer infrastructure
+ Following the good application of change and incident ticket linked to customers; Respect ITIL processes, incidents and changes SLA
+ Incident Management participation: root cause analysis, diagnostics, resolution, escalation, patch upgrade, procedure writing
+ On duty organization participation, with good skill level and autonomy
+ Leading technical expertise on high skilled issues, with deep analysis
+ Working with Design team and provide network and load balancers expertise
+ Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

+ Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
+ Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service

+ Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended is an advantage
+ Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision is an advantage
+ Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution
**Professional skills:**
+ Switches & routers: Nexus 9000 NXOS, 7000, Cisco ASR, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, Nexus VPC protocols
+ Load balancer: F5 LTM module. GTM module knowledge a plus
Advantages:
+ Proxy management: preferably Bluecoat proxySG is an advantage
+ Cisco ACI, SAN switches, DNS best practices Infoblox NIOS is an advantage
+ Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto. Good command of UNIX is an advantage
**Language skills:**
+ English on a fluent level
+ Spanish on a conversational level is an advantage
