**What you’ll be doing:**
+ Keeping customers updated about ongoing deliveries throughout Europe
+ Managing customer order workflows and updates in the internal systems
+ Ordering and tracking multiple and complex infrastructure products and services
+ Driving issue resolution to meet the agreed standards and deadlines
+ Responsible for the end to end relationship for both internal and external customers
+ Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement
**This role will suit you if you have the following skills:**
**Soft skills:**
+ Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
+ Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision
+ Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy
+ Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution
**Professional skills:**
+ Experience with MS Office tools
+ good organisational and time management skills
+ Experience in customer communication is an advantage
+ Experience in working in an SSC/IT field is an advantage
+ ITIL is an advantage
**Language skills:**
+ English on a fluent level
+ French or German language knowledge on a conversational level is a must
