We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join Commercial Subsidiaries Group (CSG). Our CSG Relationship Managers specialize in extending banking services and support to the overseas subsidiaries of Citi Commercial Bank’s (CCB) global parented clients. Working closely with Parent Account Managers (PAMs) to deliver a remarkable client experience, CSG Relationship Managers are the face, voice and protector of our Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) business, rallying our teams to build successful global commercial banking relationships for most of our most important clients. The CSG Relationship Manager acts as the central client contact in the country / region and orchestrates the local delivery and execution of the Bank’s broad spectrum of products and services.  On a daily basis, a CSG Relationship Manager will be responsible for the following: Manage and grow a client portfolio that focuses mainly on TTS & Markets products Support PAM team on RFPs and complex client transactions Build strong relationships with your client portfolio, increasing access to senior levels of the client organization Work closely with internal partners to develop innovative solutions to meet specific client needs Engage with external business associates such as chambers of commerce, trade associations, international company secretariat and accounting firms etc., to gain a good understanding of the drivers of the country corridors and deepen CCB’s relationship with these partners Ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest ethical standard Driving innovation on the solutions we provide clients and further developing our business where necessary and appropriate Qualifications A successful CSG Relationship Manager has these competencies: Proactive, success & results oriented Respect for compliance & control Planning & organization Teamwork & communication Flexibility and adaptability Typically, someone in this role has the following experience: Desirable Degree holder in Business, or Master in Business Administration (MBA) Have in-depth product knowledge of Cash, Trade and FX & strong credit & risk management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects and initiatives simultaneously in a timely manner More than 3 years of banking experience in a sales or relationship management role.
