**Consulting Director – Portugal**
Oracle Portugal is looking for an experienced leader with a strong business understanding and entrepreneurial attitude to be Country Manager. As a proven result-driven person, the Country Manager will be leading the consulting services growth plan. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Cloud Solutions and holds high level relationships with local companies and top-tier brands. A proven track-record in developing new territories and relationships across multiple verticals is a must. The Country Manager will be prepared to be fully accountable for a local plan and for powering internal teams to accelerate and maintain growth.
+ Establish and implement an effective strategy to enable the business to achieve agreed targets in terms of growth and profitability
+ Manage relationship with current local partners.
+ Ensure delivery excellence and customer success
+ Manage and exceed regional and individual sales goals
+ Be part of the Country leadership team working with license Sales to help grow Oracles presence in the market **QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Deep knowledge of ERP a must.
+ Experience in selling Cloud ( SAAS,PAAS & IAAS) knowledge
+ Proven success in structuring and closing highly complex consulting deals
+ Established C-Level relationships within the industry and aligned region
+ Knowledge of pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends, and buying technologies is preferred
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Strong quantitative aptitude and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms
+ Driven and goal-oriented with the ability to contribute to a highly collaborative team environment
+ Proven track record of growing businesses through partners and direct teams
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client
* s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Serves in a first line management role. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the work activities and staff of a Service Line consulting practice, while also maintaining individual utilization goals. Supports Market Management and License Sales efforts involving delivery from his/her Service Line. Manages client relationships and is responsible for the quality of Consulting services delivered by his/her service line.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or Business or equivalent. Balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills and operational management experience. Typically has 2 year of experience as lead/senior consulting engagement assignments and 6 years in delivery of consulting service in either a technical or functional capacity. Can lead, engage, mobilize and motivate multiple teams to accomplish goals. Willing to travel regionally with some national/international travel.
