**We are searching a Clinical Trial Oversight Manager to our Hungarian team**

Purpose of the job:

• Represents local functional management team within Global Study Operations Site Management

• Maintains an effective collaborative partnership with all stakeholders and assures overall quality of work performed supporting Amgen sponsored clinical trials

• Leads and manages contract responsibilities for Amgen sponsored and investigator sponsored clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for FSP vendor(s) for resource and capacity management,

portfolio planning and prioritization, performance management including the

identification, escalation and resolution of quality and delivery issues

• Provides support of clinical study execution

• Provides functional area expertise and actively collaborates in a dynamic cross-functional

environment

• Oversight of the site contracting, budgeting and payment process

• Line Manager of Senior Associate Clinical Contracts & Budget team

Requirements:

+ 4-5 years work experience in life sciences or medically related field, including biopharmaceutical clinical research experience (clinical research obtained working on clinical trials in a biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO company, or other relevant clinical setting)

+ Strong knowledge on clinical trial operations

+ Understanding of Functional Service Provider operational model

+ Master degree, preferably in Life science area

+ Line management (supervisory) and project management experience

+ Fluency Business English knowledge and Native Hungarian

+ Great interpersonal skills

+ Accurate with good analytical skills

+ Attention to quality and details

+ Self-confident and agile

+ Excellence in relationship building, able to manage external vendors to keep the quality of work

+ Ability to influence in a positive manner

+ Ability to critical thinking and thinking out of the box

+ Digital skills – able to use computer systems and ready to learn new ones
