Featured in Forbes and having won the Serviced Apartment Awards for best service provider in 2018, we are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our new market in Lisbon as a business development manager!


This is an amazing opportunity for someone bright and ambitious to join a successful start-up and to take real responsibility. Your main role will be to support the country manager by helping to find new potential leads, building long-lasting relationships with current clients, and assisting with the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities (non-concluding):

+ Assisting the country manager with the day-to-day operations and quality control

+ Educating potential customers about the benefits of GuestReady

+ Developing relationships and negotiating contracts with hosts and real estate agents

+ On-boarding our properties and building trust with our clients from the very beginning

+ Working cross-functionally within the company to develop processes and improve client satisfaction

+ Solving challenging internal and external issues when things go wrong

+ Identifying service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.


+ Bachelor?s degree; Business/Tourism/Logistics majors preferred

+ Fluent in writing / speaking in Portuguese and English

+ A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or business development role

+ Strong analytical skills, identify gaps/opportunities

+ A people person, comfortable interacting with casual hosts and ultra high end professional alike

+ Entrepreneurial, flexible, self-driven, self-motivated, proactive – a hustler!

+ Fast learner and willingness to go the extra mile

+ Passion for start-up and operation is a plus
