Here at Northreach, we have partnered with an exiting and rapidly-growing Logistical Broker business in Billericay who are looking to expand their sales floor with a Business Developer.
Working directly under the head of sales, this person will be responsible for making 80-100 calls per day to Businesses, find-out out their current situations and key decision makers, to ultimately hand over leads to Sr. Sales executives to place business with.
They will need to be a clear communicator, confident on the phone, punctual and dedicated.
The Responsibilities:
* Manager CRM System
* Make 80-100 calls per day
* Building a pipeline of new business to achieve set targets
* Fact hunting and identifying key decision makers
* Opening conversations with potential clients to hand over to Senior Sales executives
The right person will have tenacity, desire and want to perform and succeed in a highly successful sales environment. Telesales experience is greatly desired, but ultimately they are looking for someone who can bring an extra dynamic to the team.
