Omschrijving:

  • Je staat in voor de technisch-operationele ondersteuning van het Roxell verkoopteam.
  • Je fungeert als expert voor specifieke productgamma’s: je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle inkomende vragen en verzorgt telefonisch de eerstelijnsondersteuning.
  • Je superviseert, begeleidt en werkt actief samen met de lokale technische ploeg van ons wereldwijd verdelers- en klantennetwerk tijdens de plaatsing en ingebruikname van de Roxell-systemen. Heel af en toe doe je dit ter plaatse maar meestal doe je dit vanuit de helpdesk.
  • Je streeft naar een maximale klantentevredenheid door een expert te zijn in productkennis en het oplossen van klachten op een efficiënte en effectieve manier
  • Je voert diverse administratieve taken uit en ontvangt af en toe klanten voor een technische presentatie, demonstratie of een stalbezoek.
  • Je staat in voor de training van collega’s, klanten en verdelers en houd je kennis van onze producten up-to-date.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Technical Support Manager.

Profiel

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor in de Elektromechanica of Elektronica.
  • Je kan terugkijken op een eerste succesvolle ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt interesse in of affiniteit met de sector van de intensieve veehouderij (pluimvee of varkens).
  • Je bent service en klantgericht en kan je vlot uitdrukken in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een uitstekend organisator en volgt de zaken nauwgezet op.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en werkt op een klantvriendelijke en zelfstandige manier.
  • Je bent bereid te reizen (maximum 20%).
