About the roleWe’re looking for an experienced senior product manager to strengthen the Consumer Engagement vertical. We focus on acquisition, onboarding, discovery and deepening the engagement of our bidders and buyers. You will help to inspire our users to discover special objects on Catawiki, and provide them with the best experience to help them become the next proud owner.

What you’ll doSet and drive product the overall product vision and strategy for your team and take full ownership of the product roadmapExecute on that roadmap with clear expected outcomes and meticulous measurement.Get buy it and build excitement with senior stakeholders and C-levelDesign and execute product experiments with a high level of autonomy, while maintaining close communication with other teamsEmpower your team and cross-collaborate with other teams across the company to unlock their full potentialRelentlessly focus on what’s best for our customers and our business.What you’ll bring5+ years as a product manager in a digital consumer product company, working directly with engineers, designers and data scientistsA proven history of success in product management roles, where you currently own or have owned a large scope of consumer-facing products and featuresExperience working with senior stakeholders, natural collaboration skills and ability to communicate in a clear and concise wayA data-driven approach; you base your decisions on facts rather than opinions.

Energy, a commercial focus, and a sense of urgency to everything you touch; you’re a self-motivated and results-driven person who is not afraid to get their hands dirty to solve a problemFamiliarity with A/B experimentation; you’re aware that valuable information comes from both positive and negative results through experimentation.Natural collaboration and communication skills, fluent in English, and good at posing probing questions to quickly and fully understand what someone's talking about.Bonus: experience in online marketplaces__Where you’ll be This role is based in Amsterdam but we can offer remote work from the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain and The U.

Our offices and new way of workingWe’ve embraced an activity-based way of working, meaning our team can choose how they split their work week between home and the office, in line with our remote framework and guidelines. In locations where we have physical offices, most employees enjoy two days at the office to connect and collaborate with each other. Our experts and sales staff in local markets work 100% remotely – in most cases from home.
