As a Sales Manager on the French Large Customer Sales team, you will drive business growth with clients by identifying opportunities in Display and Video products and implementing and optimizing complex Google Video solutions with some of the most advanced clients across the region. You work with clients to set the vision and their advertising strategy that reaches countless users.
In this role, you will maintain a deep understanding of customer’s core business objectives and challenges, their business position relative to the industry, market, and competition. Leading a team of Specialists, you will drive performance and will become the trusted advisor for the French Management team, Google Account Managers and clients on Google Display and Video solutions. You will manage the Display Specialists, drive the activation strategy for Video, and define, pilot and operationalize the role of an Video Specialists. You will also be part of a wider EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) community that is designed to be at the forefront of online advertising globally and will have an opportunity to drive the narrative, build custom solutions and liaise with Regional Product Experts to become a deep expert in this area.

* Manage a team of Display and Video specialists. Drive the team to deliver towards business goals including product adoption.
* Define and drive the business and activation strategy for your Specialist.
* Assist Sales team on cluster level in identifying opportunities for clients to grow their business by promoting or developing Video solutions.
* Work with a number of dedicated clients directly and also support Google Account Management teams to promote Video advertising to clients.
