ABOUT THIS ROLE MANAGEMENT OF:

• A residential property portfolio of circa 60 properties

• A commercial property portfolio of circa 10 properties ARRANGEMENT OF:

• Maintenance and building works and liaising with contractors to ensure all maintenance is completed to a high standard and within budget

• Advertisement of properties on social media and negotiation of rental terms including tenant screenings/drawing up contracts

• Regular property inspections ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard and preparation of property reports

• You will be the first point of contact for all tenant communications

• Ensuring property aesthetics are in line with current market trends

• Ensuring all properties meet current government legislation including, gas safety, electrical safety certificates, smoke alarms, EPC ratings and property insurance is kept up to date

• Liaise with internal finance and brand team to ensure all documentation is correct and up to date

• Annual review of rental price and yield in line with current market trends and creation of reports for senior management

• Lead on property acquisition and sales ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years’ experience working in residential property management

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word

• Experience with property lettings software

• You will be a naturally upbeat and positive person with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
