  • This role is to manage a number of multi-unit properties within the property management portfolio.
  • Annual budget preparation and quarterly expenditure review.
  • Approval of invoices.
  • Assisting external auditors at service charge year end.
  • Liaising with Clients and Tenants on a regular basis concerning general operations within the properties.
  • Review of services to properties including negotiation with and tendering contractors in respect of maintenance and service contracts.
  • Preparation of reports in conjunction with the Surveyor and Accounts Manager on a quarterly basis to keep clients informed on the performance of their properties.
  • Liaising with onsite Building Managers in respect of daily operations, to include monitoring / supervision and performance review.
  • Review of planned preventative maintenance programmes.
  • Implementation and management of Health and Safety and Insurance requirements
  • Liaising with prospective tenants.
  • Liaising with insurance brokers with any queries which may arise and dealing with loss adjusters in respect of insurance claims.
  • Regular on-site visits / inspections of the properties.
  • Liaising and reporting to Senior Management and Clients on a regular basis, to review the properties’ performance including attending Client meetings.
