About the job: 

Join us in building exceptional products that make a difference. As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our product portfolio. You will report to the Product Director and operate in a team of Product Owners. We're looking for someone who is passionate about solving problems, driven by data and insights, and committed to delivering world-class products that delight users and drive business growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive initiatives for the product roadmap and communicate priorities, timelines, and progress to stakeholders. Continuously refine and adjust the roadmap based on changing market dynamics, customer feedback, and business objectives.  
  • Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the DAM, Creative Automation and/or Marketing Automation domain, including familiarity with tools, techniques, and best practices for streamlining and optimizing creative workflows. 
  • Advocate for an outcome-focused mindset within the product team, emphasizing the importance of delivering meaningful results and impact over merely outputting features. Define clear success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product initiatives and prioritize efforts that align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value to users and the business. Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptation, where teams are empowered to iterate quickly, validate assumptions, and pivot when necessary to achieve desired outcomes. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality features with reasonable effort. 
  • Advocate for the user and champion a customer-centric approach to product development. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and use insights to inform product decisions and iterate on product features and designs. 
  • Say it with numbers; use data analytics and other quantitative and qualitative methods to measure product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience and drive business outcomes. 
  • Contribute to product launches and go-to-market initiatives together with the Product Marketeer, collaborating with sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management. Actively seek feedback, reflect on learnings, and continuously iterate and improve our product development processes, while sharing insights with Product Owners. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.  
  • Proven knowledge of DAM, Creative Automation and/or Marketing Automation. 
  • 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven  scale up environment. 
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, from ideation to launch. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences. 
  • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
