New Business Development Managers – x2
£55k to £70k base and commission
London/Hybrid
Our client is a leading Telecommunications and IT services company that provides Network Services, IT, UC, Wi-Fi, Cloud, IoT and Environment Monitoring Technologies that make your work environment efficient, flexible and a great place to do business.
We are looking for an experienced, New Business Development Managers x2 to target new prospects across the UK. Our client covers a wide range of sectors: Financial Institutions, Business Building Landlords, Engineering, Public Sector and Strategic channel partners. They offer exceptional 24/7 support based in the UK, unrivalled SLA guarantees.
What you will do
* To understand, articulate and sell the entire portfolio with key focus on
* Network Connectivity
* Unified Comms
* Wi-Fi solutions
* Cloud and Back-up Services
* IoT and Building Technology
* Target prospects across a wide range of sectors in the UK and build a strong pipeline.
* Develop sales strategies, present solutions, negotiate deals using your strong commercial and technical solutions knowledge.
* Work with Marketing and other departments to help develop opportunities.
* Use CRM and reporting tools accurately to ensure KPI’s are measurable and activity information is accurate.
* Provide pipeline and forecast reports to management as required.
* Work with product and pre-sales to create winning proposal documents.
* Frequently attend on-site meetings with prospects.
Essential Experience:
* Successful New Business sales experience in Telecoms, IT Solutions, or IT Services
* Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects via all communications channels.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and strong commercial awareness
* Ability to engage with prospects at all levels
* Highly organised, with the ability to understand the needs of the prospects and match those needs to the design and provision of a compelling solution
* Excellent presentation skills
