For our Milan offices we are looking for a
Remote Monitoring Helpdesk (internship)
in order to support Sales & Customer Service department in delivering high quality assistance to patient, and understand how to ensure highclass service to be perceived by all Actors in the market.
Provide HD assistance and solving problems related to RMS (Holters) to all users involved in Remote monitoring system function
Reply and/or contact patient trying to solve issues by following the Company procedures
Provide timely information to Customer service manager and/or Sales & Marketing staff
Providing input on reporting activities to be created to monitor the activities and harmonize process across Countries.
