As Manager Business Development Regions, you are responsible to define and execute the segment strategy for MOEM and Residential/Light

Commercial and guide the Segment Team to execute the strategic initiatives according to seasonal plans in alignment with the Central Marketing, the Country Sales Organization and PDD. Furthermore, you will define and execute the profit plan targets of the growth initiatives and the transformation of market requirements into Segment Roadmaps.

You will work within our world class Marketing Team in our Vienna Location reporting to our Market Development Director responsible for Residential and mOEM business.

Your key deliverables :

+ Define growth targets together with stakeholders

+ Receive market feedback and manage structured Voice of Customer/Voice of Market collection from the segment team as an input for the segment strategies, seasonal launch plans and possible strategic partnerships

+ Provide detailed information to the segment team on seasonal launch packages

+ Control the on-time execution of seasonal planning

+ Lead and develop an application engineering & quotation team to offer segment specific and customer tailored solutions and quotations

+ Establish business case for development of new solutions with input from Business Development and Sales

+ Develop and execute go-to-market plans based on seasonal planning approach together with stakeholder (Project Management, Business Development and Sales)

+ Use structured requirements techniques (e. g. Personas, Use Cases, Interface definitions) and agile artifacts (e. g. User Stories, Epics) to define solution requirements

+ Perform competitive analysis on Segment/Solution level incl. competitor move and analysis

QualificationsDo you have / Are you?


+ Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable education

+ Strategic know-how, selling Value capabilities

+ Ability to select markets, customers and segments, as well as skills in Project Management

+ Country, customer and segment specific application know-how

+ Knowledge of price positioning in different countries & segments

+ Intercultural understanding and ability to deal with different cultures

+ Leadership skills


+ Project Management skills
