Voor een afdeling in Rotterdam zijn wij op zoek naar native Duits sprekende kandidaten
Je behandelt inkomende telefoongesprekken over de afhandeling van (schade)claims m.b.t. de verzekering welke is afgesloten op mobiele telefoons.
Je hoeft geen callcenter ervaring te hebben, is natuurlijk wel een voordeel.
Werktijden van maaandag t/m vrijdag van 9.00 tot 18.00 uur met diverses pauzes.
Geen acquisitie of outbound bellen Purpose of the role:
The Insurance Agent is responsible for the proper handling of all incoming phone, email and chat traffic for our insurance customer base. An important element here lies within the claims handling for our customers. For the settlement of claims you both have inbound and outbound contact on the various channels with customers, repair centers and networks. In addition, you will carry out all administrative tasks occurring at the Insurance Department. You will work closely with the other Insurance Agents and ensure that the service levels will be met and that optimal service quality is offered to our customers. Finally, there is also the possibility to carry out other tasks, such as: take part in the section related operational projects. Main responsibilities:
” 1st line inbound and outbound point of contact with customers, spoken and written. Contact points include customer, stores and networks regarding claims, repair questions, policy questions and cancellations;
” Handling of claim objections;
” Handling complaints by phone and written correspondence;
” Recovery of damages with insurance companies;
” Processing and treatment of various reports;
” Treatment of various other administrative tasks. Key performance indicators: ” Reaching high customer satisfaction resulting in excellent Net Promoter Scores;
” First time fix;
” Excellent attendance;
” Logging % and completeness. Internal and external customers:
” Endusers
” Team Leader
” Contact Centre Manager

Job Requirements: Required skillset:
” Preferably in possession of relevant qualifications or willingness to achieve this and knowledge of insurance industry;
” Affinity with telecom;
” Experience in an administrative role;
” Can work both independently and in a team;
” Understanding of the English language and native German oral and written;
” Good knowledge of the Microsoft office, especially Word and Excel. Competences:

Salary and Benefits
Je wordt getraind en persoonlijk gecoacht in het afhandelen van de claims. Het Duitse team bestaat uit 4 personen.
Je werkt minimaal 32 uur, bij voorkeur 40 uur per week van maandag t/m vrijdag.
Twee breaks van 15 minuten en 30 minuten lunchpauze.
