The Customer Success Team is an integral part of the Waters UK and Ireland sales organistion, focusing on delivering benifit to our customers through collaboration. We are looking for a dynamic team member to join us in helping our customers realise the full potential of our product range through training and application support.
+ Delivery of Empower (including PDA) courses both in-house and on-site at customers’ premises in the Ireland.
+ Delivery of UPLC, UPC2 and QDa training courses both in house and on customer premises across the Ireland
+ Ability to present Masslynx, Mass Spectrometry, HPLC and Chemistry training courses anywhere in the Ireland will be an advantage.
+ Planning of training calendar and co-ordination of resources across the organisation (when necesary) to ensure that a full range of training courses is provided and advertised to Ireland customers.
+ Work closely with the sales and service organisations to qualify and fully understand our customer’s training needs.
+ Dependant on the skills of the successful applicant the role may evolve into supporting Demonstration and on site application support activities.
A BSc Degree (or Higher) in Life sciences or related subject.
The candidate should have relevant experience gained within an analytical laboratory environment ideally with Waters instrumentation and Chromatographic data systems.
The candidate should have:
+ A high level knowledge of UPLC / HPLC techonology.
+ A working knowledge of Empower.
+ Good communication skills, experience in a teaching or mentoring role would be advantageous.
+ Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritse will be expected.
+ Travel (If Applicable):
+ There will be a requirment for the candidate to spend time away from home when needed, travelling to customer sites across Ireland.
