CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Processing customer orders
• Customer service calls and queries
• Liaising with sales and technical managers
• End of month zero pricing
• Filing pick lists , delivery dockets and manifests
• Inputting colour and base information on to an excel spreadsheet for customer colour orders

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1. ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

a. Required:

• Intermediate excel training

b. Preferred:

• High level excel skills


2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

a. Required:

• Customer service focused

b. Preferred:

• Customer service experience
