Compliance Specialist Posted date: Nov 19, 2022 Location: Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania Compliance Specialist Compliance Specialist in the Business&Compliance Management team is a key role responsible for driving and carrying out Business & Compliance management activities for SL Operate and delivering according to Ericsson Group Management System needs within Service Delivery. The role develops and secures the effective understanding and implementation of Ericsson corporate requirements and customer requirements. Ericsson corporate requirements include, but are not limited to, Policies, Directives, Required Instructions, standards chosen by Ericsson to advise its operations, and global processes. Key responsibilities – Validating relevance of Ericsson Group Management System local processes and instructions Planning & carrying out internal assessments Development of improvement plans and follow-up from audits and assessments Setting up Ericsson Group Management System core for SL Operate Implementation of changes of steering documents and processes Participation in external audits for SL operate Driving and implementing quality plans within SL Operate to ensure quality in our deliveries Implementing quality measurements and continuous improvement methodology Building and handling positive relationships with global and regional stakeholders Facilitate integration of committed external requirements in SL Operate Act as a subject matter authority for compliance matters Facilitate and implement the integration of Ericsson corporate requirements in the organization Support SL Operate organization with operational information management Ensure that management reviews, audits and assessments are completed and ading value Responsible for Maturity assessment planning, implementation, and assessment Ensure Process Assessments for all operational contracts Candidate knowledge/Experience encouraged : B-Tech/MBA/Diploma Engineering or equivalent degree ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301, 31000 implementation/ Audit experience ISO certifications for Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer CISA/CISM/CISSP certificate is plus Six Sigma / Lean training and implementation experience Existing ITIL process deployment and Quality experience (5+ years) Management Reviews and Assessments Quality Improvement Management Processes & Techniques Customer and business Insight Human Competence Self-motivated and works well under pressure. Performance and results oriented Ability to communicate optimally on an executive level, both internally and externally. Customer oriented and business minded – has a consultative approach and focus on profitability. Highly developed skills in inspiring change and good conflict management skills Very good presentation skills with assertiveness. Ability to prioritize and plan own work to meet assigned schedules and targets. Ability to work efficiently as part of a global delivery team Analytic with strong problem-solving capability.
