Account Manager – x2

£50k to £70k base and commission

London/Hybrid

Our client is a leading IT services company that provides Network Services, IoT and Environment Monitoring Technologies that make you work environment efficient and flexible.

We’re looking for an experienced, dedicated and personable account manager to retain and grow relationships with their Enterprise and SMB clients across the UK. You should have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional account management services putting the client at the centre of your day.

What you will do

* Develop relationships and deliver short, medium and long term business opportunities within target accounts.

* Develop close working relationships with the top-level decision-makers and serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.

* Maintain strong and trusted relationship with clients to enable client retention and ensure repeat business,

* Develop close working relationships with marketing, customer services and the delivery team, working within the market to maximise business growth

* Deliver agreed Sales, Revenue and gross profit targets

* Identify client/market needs and trends

* Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Essential Experience:

* Successful Account Management experience in IT Solutions / IT Services

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client (decision maker) relationships

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

* Strong Commercial awareness

* Ability to engage with customers at all levels

* Highly organised, with the ability to understand the needs of the client and match those needs to the design and provision of a compelling solution

* Excellent presentation skills
