As a senior consultant, one works on a project team to design, configure, and deploy Callidus software solutions for our customers across various industries. One is responsible for working in all phases of the project’s life cycle to include Analysis, Design, Configure, Test, and Deployment of the solution. Utilizing business analytical skills and Callidus training, to gather and document business requirements and design best in class solutions for our customers. This position can be based in Germany or the UK.Work with the leading-edge products of CallidusCloud in the development of customer-specific rules to automate the process of variable compensation for sales force members and related sales activitiesWork closely with customers to gather and document information about current sales organizations and variable compensation practicesAnalyze and review customer sales structures and those processes and policies related to applying sales credit, reporting/analytics, and then calculating paymentsProvide recommendations for process improvements where appropriateDelivers Callidus related consulting project activities, ranging from business requirements gathering through final project deployment through medium- to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.Support Business Process Operational activities by provide ongoing operational, maintenance, and enhancements to existing production enabled customers on Callidus Incentive Management products.Technical responsibilities include requirements analysis, Callidus-specific compensation plan design, compensation plan implementation and testing, client handoff, and solution deployment.May participate in pre-sales and proposal activities in addition to completing ongoing project team account activities.
